having trouble streaming from rte.ie

rte have 2 players: national and international
the international doesn't have the GAA and rte:jr has a much reduced selection of kids shows
rte have blocked my vpn and seem to have blocked most other vpns as well
does chris PC proxy fully access rte.ie? for the saturday game?
i've trialled the free version but it won't access the player. i'd be willing to buy the product if it works for rte (i have lifetime for the tube downloader)
(also is there a lifetime option for purchasing the proxy?)
