Adaptec Dual Tv Tuner

ok i have a few questions about this tuner before i get it for my dell inspiron e 1505.below is the one i am getting

1. is there some sort of extension eable (or wireless) for the ir blaster cable because the nearest second satlight box is 20 feet away.

2. say i have the second box conected only with s-video with rca audio cable (50 foot cable) with no ir blaster cable. what features would i not get and what would happen.

3. if i only have 1 box conected i still get fast foward, rewind and pause right? or do i have to have a second box hooked up.

4. this tuner works with vista right?

5. i can watch something on my laptop and someone watch something eles on the tv that the box is conected to right? ( the satlight box goes to the vcr and the vcr to the tv.)

6. i do not have to be in same room to change channel or what not as the ir blaster cable do i. just as long as the cable is going to the tuner box and from the tuner to the laptop via uub cable?

i believe those are all of the questions i wanted to know
