Dual Audio Cards

I have a hauppauge wintv pci fm that sends the audio via cable to line in at my soundcard. I have a better soundcard for playback.

Is it possible to send the audio from the input soundcard to playback at the other?

I have no problems recording or doing playback at the input soundcard. I have just not managed to playback the audio with the other soundcard.

You could try to connect your first sound card line out to your second sound card line in.
