I have purchase add-on plus 3 so how do I get the following features to work for my ATI Theatre 650 Pro?

* Support "LivePreview" Mode for TV cards with MPEG Hardware Encoder : Hauppauge PVR 150/500, Hauppauge HVR 1300, ATI Theater 550 PRO and others.

This feature is enabled by default when you activate add-on plus 3 package and it allows you to watch TV without using the MPEG Hardware Encoder of your TV card.
