Does anyone know how to configure the Chris TV to work with the pctv USB2 remote control?

Please help.

Chris...can you please take a minute just to answer me what to do?

Is there any chance that i can fix the problem, it would be someday a fix for this, or do i have to throw Pinnacle USB2 in trash can?

Maybe i just have to change the TV watching program with one with more support...
