Theater 550 Ntsc Tuner But Pal S-video

Checking out the Chris-TV Trial version, but facing a problem.

I have a Sapphire Theater 550 NTSC Tuner card. I would like to capture PAL via S-Video capture. This is possible because the ATI Theater 550 chip supports both NTSC & PAL. Using Virtualdub I'm able to set the Video Capture Filter > Video Decoder to PAL_B and succesfully capture PAL. However the Chris-TV Demo version is detecting the Tuner as NTSC and setting the Video Decoder to NTSC.

Is it possible to overide the Video Decoder to PAL_B as Virtualdub does, as I dont have to buy a new Theater 550 with PAL Tuner card.
