Downloading NFL Games from GamePass

I'm seeing a weird situation when trying to download video from NFL GamePass. I'm using the Link Finder and when I download a game it downloads (M3U8) a bunch of temp files (TS) and then once done for higher resolutions (1920 X 1080) everything just deletes (No MP4 is created and all the temp TS files are deleted) but for lower resolutions (400 X 224) the mp4 is created. Any idea why it would work on lower resolutions but not higher?
