How do I get subtitles for TG4 (www.tg4.ie)

I have set VideoTube downloder to deliver srt subtitle files.

When downloading from BBC I successfully receive an mp4 file and an srt subtitle file.
When downloading from TG4 (tg4.ie) I successfully receive an mp4 file but do not receive an srt subtitle file (and I have checked that the movies actually have subtitles on TG4).

How do I get VideoTube Downloader to also deliver the srt subtitle file for TG4?

They are detected, make sure you enable the subtitles in the player settings.

Got it!!! All working now.

I have always had "Automatically select subtitle to download" set to "All subtitles".

I didn't realize that the mp4 (video) file and the srt (subtitle) file need to be downloaded as two separate items - I thought that the one download delivered both files. I now download the mp4 file AND srt file and all is good.
