Download for RTE Player has stopped working

It used to work but when I paste the URL below the Link Finder Expert Screen appears but the screen where you click to download does not (so i can't download).

Can you fix this please?

Hi Chris, so the RTE Player video here also does not download properly:

Now it may say its unavailable but with an Irish VPN the expert mode works. It looks like it completes the video everytime but when I go to the video it only seems to be around 30mb in size. Any solution?

@Emerald001, if the video is not detected by Link Finder Expert, try using Link Finder in Internet Explorer Mode, click on Resume watching and a MPD should be detected.

@niallod55, Make sure you have latest version installed and try again, if same happens change the video quality to other value.

Hi there, had a good run over the last number of months but unable to download anything on RTE player again (I can view no problem with VPN access) but can not download via ChrisPC (Expert mode, Chrome mode, Internet Explorer mode).
