Program cuts downloaded video to 5 minutes (Pro version)

Hello, It downloads the full movie and audio but cuts it to 5 minutes when processing at the end, I think. Please help me to fix it. What could be the problem? For some reason it thinks it's a trial, I think. It's a pro version, activated, registered:

Make sure you use latest version of the software and purchase a LEGIT license of the software.
