Chapter Marks and Chapter Names in YouTube Videos

I'm able to download a video from YouTube with another product and I get chapter marks and chapter names. Using ChrisPC VideoTube downloader I do not get chapter marks or the chapter names. Is there a way to do it?

No, I want the markers in the single video file so that I can forward through them one by one in products such as VLC player.
