Log Files to investigate failed downloads

Are there any log files created that I can try to figure out why downloads are failing ? Purchased a lifetime licence earlier this week, have reinstalled on my main pc a few times with the same result (with or without VPN). I installed on a VM to test out and the downloads for STV, C4, 7plus and 9now all worked fine, so just something going on with my main pc. I am using v14.23.0923 and is licenced/activated ok.

What error/problem do you encounter?
Do you use a VPN?

"Download Failed. Please try again!". That's as much info as the message gives. I have tried with and without a VPN - same result. I can play the video in my browser just fine. The only site I can get to successfully download is YouTube. Nothing else.

Change the download folder to another location, close and open VideoTube Downloader Pro.
Also make sure your antivirus/firewall is not blocking the software from accessing the internet.

That doesn't do anything different I'm afraid. I would like a refund for my lifetime purchase please. thanks.
