Failed download after purchasing

Hi. I was downloading from UKTVPlay during the trial period of ChrisPC VideoTube Pro. The 5-min file played fine so I paid for the full version. Downloading the same video now results in errors. I've tried options with the various link finders etc but all I get is 'Download failed... please try to re-add the video or use a VPN'. Tried again, tried a VPN, no joy. Why would this work during a trial but not after paying?

Thank you, that seems to have solved it. I assumed I had the latest version as I only installed a day earlier but perhaps not!
