Large videos stuck at "Preparing download"

Stuck forever at "Preparing download".

Any ideas?

We've check the video and the download works.
Please note that download of files larger than 1 GB is available only with the Add-on Package.

I have had a similar problem the past few days but involving many small downloads as well as large ones. Never had this problem before and have been using Chris PC Free VideoTube Downloader for many months. I do have the Add-on Package so I don't think that is the problem. The download works. There could be connection problems with YouTube for some files, if it happens again try to add again the video to the download list.

My apologies. I was attempting to download to an external disc which I was unaware had become full the previous day. On the other hand ChrisPC Free VideoTube Downloader did not inform me that the target disc was full. Apparently this is not currently a feature but it would certainly be helpful as it has taken me 3 days to figure out what the problem was.

The version 5.90 should show you a message that there is not enough space to save the file.
