Youtube RTMPE Flash failing to download

Using 8.60 Pro version.. some older Flash videos on youtube won't download (where HTML5 is unavailable). URL gets added, finds the different streams (all 0.00MB) and then gets stuck in "Checking" state. The videos stay on the download list in pending mode forever it seems
