License for version 9.xxx

G-day team a couple of Questions.
1. When I brought my License nearly a year ago I thought it was for version 8.xx for life time, Not for 1 year as the License for version 9 states. So will my license expire for version 8 in about a month? (after 12 months)
2. If I uninstall VTD from 1 computer can I reinstall it on another with the License number.
