Can't Initialize On Avertv304 + Stereo Problem

The problem is that prior to starting ChrisTV i must initialize my card whith oryginal Aver software. If i start ChrisTV just after the restart there is no channel available but after 2 sec o wathcing tv in original software - ChrisTV starts with no problem. The strange part is that sometimes after reinstalling windows ChrisTV have no problem in initilizing and i have all chanels available even before starting oryginall Aver software.

The second problem is that i have stereo only in first chanell after starting ChrisTV - chcnaging chanels result in mono - even on music chanles. But the stereo is there if this chanell is there after starting.
