I have just tried to install ChrisTV Lite 5.60 but once again because of the inclusion of Relevent Knowledge within your software; it has has not been possible to complete the installation.

The main file that causes the problem is W32.HLLW.Sambut and despite turning off my Firewall and A/V software, the problem persists.

Symantec Norton continually treats this as a threat and stops the installation; even though I have declined to install Relevent Knowledge.

I have been a customer for many years but I am totally exasperated as I now cannot even use the old version; so I have NO ChrisTv at all.

Does anybody have the solution to the problem ...David

This is a false-positive.
Please try to make the download from our website:

Please let us know if you encounter problems.

Every time I try to use the link in your last post; it is immediately deleted by Norton Insight; which states it is a high risk threat.

This is taking way to much time now to resolve for any piece of software.

Having seen that this problem exists for many other users, I suggest that you should contact Norton/Symantec to see how best to resolve this issue.

Relevent Knowledge is regarded as a spyware threat by many security systems and is generally considered bad practice to be supplied with good software.

Despite your comments about the installation problems being a false positive; the file W32.HLLW.Sambut is a recognised and well documented trojan/worm.

It would make things a lot simpler and easier if these two problems were removed or amended within your software.

The problem should be fixed now, we have received this reply from Symantec
We are writing in relation to your submission through Symantec's on-line Security Risk / False Positive report Submission form for your software being detected by Symantec Software. In light of further investigation and analysis Symantec is happy to remove this detection from within its products.

The updated detection will be distributed in the next set of virus definitions, available daily, or weekly via LiveUpdate, depending on Symantec product version, or daily from our website at
