i've constructed some sort of stupid proble, I upgraded the drivers for my win-tv hvr 2200 card. The new version came along with WinTV HD + WinTV Extend.
since that upgrade the sound is choppy, crippled. a lot of distubing hitches. hard to explain. the sound settings of chris tv contain a lot of options and help links to the forum.
I've tried almost all methods (method 1 to 3) to improve sound quality but in most cases it got even worse.
for some reason the bad sound does not affect all channels. and also not everytime the same ones.
I've uninstalled the drivers and wintv completely. installed the old driver. but the bad sound remained
I dont really know what else i could try?
wintv itself works some sort of but still lacks a lot of comfort... and the bad noise effect seems to be there too (but far better compared to the current chris tv sound).
before the driver change things where good!
btw: i also got a new wireless headset with a usb connector. does this also affect sound quality with its driver?
