Odd Pattern In S-video

Hi

I just upgraded my Sat box to an HD version (SKY+HD) which no longer has the S-video port (Shame) so I used the RGB (Scart) for the signal to the S-video port on the Hauppage 1300 PVR card.

Pattern can be seen more clearly on the blue.

Any help in correcting this would be great
