Try to change the Video Rendering option to VMR9 in Program Settings->Video Rendering.

Greetings,
Thank you for ChrisTV!
I have similar problems (using Lite in WinXP x64) of audio lagging behind video increasingly with time. And changing Video Rendering to any of Overlay, VMR-9 (with/out Advanced rendering) or EVR only 'resets' the audio+video synching and do not stop the lagging permanently.
Also, sometimes the TV video has green horizontal lines across the screen which may need restarting PC to get rid of.
What can I do to solve these problems? Thanks for any advise.
Cheers!
Jeremy
P.S. Would it be possible to assign hotkey to change Aspect Ratio, to use maybe "W" key to toggle between Standard & WideScreen.
