Question to Lite-Version and Dscaler-Filters

Do the Dscaler deinterlace filters work with the Lite-Version? I cant see any difference when i activate them (after i downloaded and installed them from the website).

Do you have Windows 10 by any chance? With Win 10 i see no difference and the picture is pretty bad, it 'tears' when there are fast movements. With Windows 7 and Lite version, you could clearly see the difference and the picture quality was great. Can this be fixed Chris?
