Enabling Mouse Wheel For Volume Etc Disables Chann

When you enable mouse wheel for volume etc you can't change the channels any more.

It would be better if the channel mouse wheel function wasn't disabled so by clicking the wheel you can then use the wheel for changing the volume etc.These is much more practical.
