Link Finder crashes since 9.2.26 (update from 9.2.22)

Hello,

I noticed a problem with the link finder again. When I want to start it I get the error "Exception EExternalException in module libcdef.dll at 000855F3. External exception 80000003."

I updated from 9.2.26 to 9.3.4 and the same error occurs. I deactivated Bitdefender "Threat analysis" and also "File Virus Scan" to check if this is causing the effect. I also rebooted the computer.

It doesn't matter which Browser I am choosing for the link finder. It always crashes the same way. I am using Windows 10.

Any clues or hints?

Try installing version 9.3.4 in another folder.

I did update from 9.2.22 to 9.3.10 - the same Error. I did reinstall the 9.2.22 it works.

Installing a new version over 9.2.22 will generate Link Finder crash error, because some files are not compatible between versions.

So you need to uninstall version 9.2.22, before installing a new version.

This applies only to version 9.2.22, other 9 versions are not affected by this.
