Chris Pc Lock

Sorry for being off-topic but I can't get a response from support and couldn't see a forum that addressed the Chris-PC Lock.

I have the advanced tab set to Transparent, but am still getting a solid color (instead of transparent) upon lock.

Can anyone help please?

Please go to settings again and do not set the trackbar to the last position on the transparent side, move it a little to the left side and all should be OK now.
