media streamer license

Hello,

On 3rd of April 2010 I purchased media streamer, yesterday I tried to download and install media streamer to my new pc that I bought because my old PC "died" and after downloading your 1.70 version of media streamer I tried to use the purchased licence that I have but it says not valid license.

I have sent an email to contact@chris-pc.com with all my purchase details and 2 weeks later or more I still have not heard any news by getting an answer.

Can someone please tell me whom should I contact to validate my license that said "chris-pc media streamer version 1.25 and lifetime updates"
