Channel numbers

Hi. First, I love your software. Its simple to make it works and at the same time has many customizable things.
My question is:

I'm from Argentina and I scanned all the channels from my cable operator with no problems, but I'd like to know if there is a way to change the number (NOT the order because its correct the way it is).

For example from channel 2 to 27 its ok but the next number its 33.

Lets say 27 its ESPN and 33 Disney Channel. If I press 27 on my keyboard I go to ESPN and I would like to jump to Disney pressing 33. Also, if I'm on ESPN and I press "Up Arrow" (with the keyboard) I'd like to change to Disney Channel.
