I want to use the proxy connection for iexplorer and my normal internet connection with chrome. I don't want all my internet connection through by the proxy.

This option is available in latest version. But note that IE and Chrome share the same internet connection so you can't do what you intend, but you can use Firefox with proxy and IE/Chrome without or viceversa.
