Hi,

I just bought the Pro version hoping that it will solve my but it did not.

I use Mozilla and Windows 7.

On anonymous proxy mode, I select a country then Fastest and random proxy settings (as usual).
Then I press connect to Proxy.

When it's done I launch Mozilla.

it does work Ok for about 10-15 minutes max and then the browser display "Connection to proxy refused".
Everything is then blocked and all my downloads (i.e. streaming files) are always cancelled!

i tried your suggestion :
"Try to reset the proxy from the browsers:
1. Close all browsers.
2. Launch ChrisPC Proxy and set the proxy you want to use.
3. Connect to a proxy.
4. Close ChrisPC Proxy and relaunch it."
which doesn't anything to my problem.

I have always been a big fan of your software which is the reason I bought it.
But it's working worst than 3-4 months, even with the "pro" version!

I hope you could quickly help me fixing that issue!

What country do you select? Try countries that have many fast proxies available, like USA, France, Germany, Netherlands.
Do you have the Ads blocker activated ? If yes, try to disable it and see how it works.

Of course this is the first thing I've tried before posting on this forum.
