cannot view bbciplayer

trying to watch programs on bbciplayer.
I have the latest version of Anon Proxy
I have the Add on for Ex pat and its set to bbciplayer

Iplayer says cannot view.

any ideas?

Make sure you click on "Watch in HD" button and the stream will load correctly.

I tried once again and bbc tells me I need a proxy in the UK
