BBC iPlayer video details can't be accessed

BBC again unable to download.

I tried the copy link address method and also Link Finder but in each case download fails.

Yes I use PureVPN BUT! I realised that I was unable to download video from any site. I bit the bullet and did a totally fresh install of everything on my PC. Format of the disks, new install of Win 10 and ALL of the key apps I use. Took me 2 days. Now all is working well again.

So (as usual) it was user error.

Experiencing the same, "no video detected on this page" on BBC link https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/m ... oll-update
also on the other episodes of this series, using a VPN and can stream them.

Latest version of chrispc running too.
