My 5 Getting part 1 of 1

I am using latest version, but when trying to download (any program) from My5, the subtitle and video files are detected, the sub file is downloaded, but the video is sticks at "loading part 1 of 1" and shows 100% complete. I am connecting via SmartDNSProxy.
Any ideas please?

I just tried again on another computer, but using NordVPN and got exactly the same result

It's only 1 part for those videos, you just have to wait.

Try latest version 14.21.1014, it will show download progress better.
