cant detect video streams in My4 and My5

Yesterday for some reason the software stopped detecting the video streams from both My4 and My5 - not sure what the problem is, would appreciate some assistance - thanks

Make sure you are using latest version and remove the cache folder from VideoTube Pro\filespro2 folder.

This morning I experienced this very thing on MY5.

Yesterday, I successfully downloaded a program from MY5 - both subtitles and video. Today, however, ONLY the subtitle file showed up....NO video files at all.

I tried removing the cache as advised in a previous post; no joy.

I'm using the latest release (14.22.0114.

Any ideas?

Just updated to the new version (14.22.0215) just now.

I can no longer grab videos from My5. The prior version worked well but nothing is showing up in either Link Finder. (Usually I use the Advanced Link Finder).

Any suggestions?

New version will be released soon with the fix. Also you need to use Link Finder Expert for those videos.

Also, I DID try the Expert Link Finder and the ONLY file that showed up was a VTT file.
