Is it possible now (or in the future) to have a renaming option for the favorites list? Right now when you save it grabs text that often excludes the name of the channel. Be nice to be able to tidy them up. Currently either left or right mouse click just invokes the go to channel mode

You can edit in Notepad the favorites.ini file from VideoTube Downloader Pro folder.
Modify the right side of the description parameter.
