NBC not working

Hi I am running the latest version however I cant download from NBC - the links work however the software gets stuck on looking for quality , just stays on please wait. Any ideas on what could be wrong, does the same with link finder - link below

Use Link Finder in Chrome mode and play the video. Check which of the M3U8 gives you qualities (not unknown).
