YouTube Error "This video can only be played..."

ChrisPC VideoTube Downloader Pro Version 14.22.1224

When attempting to download certain videos from YouTube the following message is displayed where you would normally select the quality.

"This video can only be played on newer versions of Android or other supported devices"

I've tried the Android mode as well as all the other modes but no luck.
