Empty srt files from ALL 4

Some subtitles files from ALL 4 site are empty - In CHRIS PC Video Downloader Pro window the file says [0.15 MB] but the downloadesd nfile has 0 MBn and of course, provides no subtitles when the video is played. What is the solution?

This should work correctly with latest version.
