Hi Chris

I completely removed ChrisPC Youtube downloader Pro and then re-installed it. No luck I'm afraid, it still doesn't activate the video link. Any other suggestions?

Make sure you are using Link Finder Expert and start watching the video.

Appears to work for me with Pro version, via link finder

I am having similar problem with C5 but then found I can't get video going direct on browser either. You can get access to My5 and see offerings but when you hit play you get an 18+ advisory but then it just goes nowhere.
Probably not a Chris issue but something at C5?

Make sure you are running latest version of the software 14.23.0204 with Link Finder Expert mode.

Sunday 5 Feb update.
C5 still not working on Chris Pc. I have the Feb 4 version, Pro. Did new download.
I usually use Getflix DNS settings.
I took that out and tried VPNs Windscribe and Express and could get C5 programmes running on browser but then trying Chris PC download it still will not go past the parental guidance screen so no link.
Tried all modes of Link Finder, same thing.

I had the same problem. In my browser (Firefox) I cleared the cookies for channel5.com (I think there is only one) and now I can play videos in my browser.

But I don't know how to delete cookies in the Link Finder Expert browser - any ideas?

Mon 6 feb (C5 not working)
I went back to my original settings last night - latest pro version, Getflix DNS setting Expert Link Finder - and managed to record 2 programmes.
I have just tried again this morning and it is still working properly. Perhaps only thing that might have been different was that from the Link Finder Expert screen I input 'My5' and went into the My5 offering that way then found the programme. Previously I think I was doing the copy and paste into the first screen and letting it open LFE at the actual page. Can't think why that would make a difference and as I say it could be nothing.
I have no idea if i changed something accidentally or if it was a C5 issue, only time will tell!
