Videos not downloading correctly from ITV

Hi,

I've the pro of videotube downloader, its fully up to date but not used it in a while to be honest.
I'm living outside UK and using a proxy to download files.
I've been trying to download Paul O'Grady For The Love Of Dogs Series 11.
Episodes will seem to download but the files may only play first 5mins, 11 mins and sometimes the audio will continue but the picture wont. I dont know whats wrong? It says completed everytime I try.

I use cyberghost vpn -
Any help grateful

PS - I've tried a few of the various options from full HD to standard quality

In Cyberghost do you use the UK VPN ? or the one for streaming ?

I use mainly the streaming one for bbc
But I have tried the others, I got lucky a few times but sometimes doesnt connect to internet properly.
