Use of DNS Switch when DNS set in router

Hi ChrisPC. I read about your product on Geeek Squeaks. I set my DNS in my router, not in my windows 7 PC. Will DNS switch work under those conditions? Thanks.

DNS Switch can change the DNS settings for selected or all network adapters in Windows configuration, it doesn't change your router settings.
