Hi Chris,
I have installed your program on my HP Pavilion dv7 laptop running Win 10. The program installed correctly, but on the initial scan it fails within 30 seconds of starting.

Ran as administrator, tried uninstalling and rebooting and reinstalling with no sign of improvement.

Our software uses WINSAT - Windows System Assessment Tool, it's possible that in your current configuration it just fails when you try to run the assessment.
It's possible that your antivirus or other software running in background could block WINSAT from running correctly.

It is not my Antivirus, that has been disabled before running.
Any other suggestions? The windows experience index service was working when I has windows 7 installed which leads to my confusion
