Not able to convert videos < 256 kbps

I purchased YTD MP3 Converter Pro recently and have used it several times with much success. However, now when I try to download from YouTube with an item that is less than 256 kbps, it first attempts to download and then quits. I tried resetting the file audio quality option to a lower value to match, but it still doesn't work. What can I do to make it work? Thank you.
