Dual Stereo - How To Change?

I'm in trouble with the free version of Chris TV. I have a random TV card with the Philips SAA7131 chip.
I can get audio and everything, but I cannot find this:
How do I switch between the two languages that one single programme has?
i.e. Animal Planet is in English. However, here in Estonia, the Russian dub is put over the English. I want to turn off that Russian dub and only hear the English speech.
The TV service provider has confirmed that this is possible and I've achieved it with my old TV.
Please advise. i've tried changing the sound mode under program settings to every setting possible, but the Russian dub remains.
