WinFast DTV Dongle H Plus crackling sound

I hear that crackling sound on every Chris TV and WinFast PVR2 start, then occurs at different time.
By the way, in Windows Media Center sound is perfect, but it disappears every time I change channel.

Tried in Win7\ 8, with different codecs, problem still exist.
