Some video noise reduction settings would be welcome.
Except for this , ChrisTV is the best capture program I tried, but gives most noise

But how do you explain that with Mainconcept PVR, WINDVR3, WINDVD recorder platinum and the same TV card, a Hauppauge wintv pci, there is a lot less noise than with Chris-TV. The resolution is also the same DVD 720x576.
Are there than any settings in ChrisTV to reduce the noise, or do the other capture programs use a different MPEG encoder with somewhere a "secret" internal noise reduction ?
(PS: capturing in AVI with VIRTUALVCR and encoding with TMPGENC is also OK)
