I need record to Windows Media formats. Like WMA, WMV. I can record with PCTV Vision to wmv file. Quality is same like VCD, but file size half. 1 minute ~ 5 MB. VCD size is 1 minute ~ 10 MB. Resolution is same: 384x288. This great for longer video or once watched film.
Windows Media Codec include in Windows, and free. And a few profile include for simply record. HD too.
