version is not daily necessary information, however:
you could use:

ChrisTV - %channel% - %action%(if any)

for example:

ChrisTV - MTV
ChrisTV - MTV - [RecTV]
ChrisTV - MTV - [RecAudio]
ChrisTV - MTV - [MUTE]

such information would be WAY more useful, and very useful for automating.
