Hi,

I have searched the forum already and tried everything there but nothing fixed
my problem.
I have an Hauppage 150MCE when i start chris-tv direct after booting i have no sound at all. But when i start it after i started mediaportal i do have sound.
It looks like an driver initialization error. I also tried the initialize driver when starting chris-tv but that diddn't fix it.
Any idee?

With kind regards,

Ronald van Schagen

You should choose another Audio MPEG2 Decoder, in Program Settings->MPEG Hardware Encoding.

And make sure that in Program Settings->MPEG Hardware Encoding :
"Fix image quality on channel switch" is disabled and restart ChrisTV.

that function was not on.
Turned it on and off diddn't make any difference.
But when sound works works when i come from mediaportal isn't it a problem with
the initialization of the driver?
Hope you have an idee what it can be because now i can not really use chris-tv.
which is a shame because i really like the program.

Kind regards,

Ronald

Please check this topic :

It seems that your problem can be solved :

Try to enable this settings in Program Settings->Driver Settings->Advanced
1. Use alternative channel freq. settings
2. Use special freq. tunning.

Try the combinations of this 2 settings - enabled/disabled.

And restart ChrisTV.
