In ChrisTV 3.80 the support for Intel HyperThreading CPUs and AMDs CPUs above 2600 Mhz has been improved, there should be no more Windows fatal errors on ChrisTV launch 
Please make sure that you have updated to ChrisTV 3.80 and there shouldn't be problems anymore.
