Cannot Install Sdk Mpeg 1/2 Under Vista

The MPEG 1/2 filter cannot be installed under Windows Vista. The tips in the forum have not helped me. My hardware: Pinnacle PCTV. What can I do?

You have to launch instW2k.cmd file as Administrator.
Select the instW2k.cmd file, right click on it and choose run as Administrator.

If I now SDK uninstall once more appears the announcement that the following files were not registered themselves:
C:\Windows\AVerTV2K\iviscapt.ax ... iviwriter.ax ... ivivenc.ax ... iviaenc.ax ... ivimux.ax

Reinstall the SDK and run instW2k.cmd file using Command Prompt with Administrator privileges :
